Maintenance and servicing

To maintain optimal performance, the CROSS 90 water filter requires periodic replacement of filtration elements.

Cartridge replacement intervals:

• Ecosoft CF composite prefilter for CROSS systems (CF): replace every 12 months.
• Ecosoft 600 GPD membrane element for CROSS 90 (RO): replace every 24 months.
• Ecosoft MCB carbon block and mineralization postfilter for CROSS 90 Balance (MCB): replace every 12 months.

Simple and dry cartridge replacement.

Cartridge replacement is a quick and simple procedure requiring only two steps. When turning the cartridge for removal, the incoming water flow is automatically shut off, ensuring a clean and dry replacement process. Thanks to this design, cartridge replacement takes less than 7 minutes and requires no tools.

The system is designed for use with tap water that meets the recommended feed water requirements.

After replacement, press and hold the corresponding filter cartridge reset button for 5 seconds. You will hear one beep (1 second), the corresponding filter operation indicator will flash twice and then turn off.

The color indicator on the purified water faucet and the front panel of the filter will notify when it is time to replace the cartridges. In addition, the sound indication system provides two alerts: one short beep indicates that the filter life is nearing its end, while two short beeps indicate that replacement is required.
