Our containerized water treatment plant (MWTP) is a fully integrated, mobile drinking water purification system designed for civil, humanitarian, and emergency response use. Housed in a 20-foot ISO container, this plug-and-play water filtration unit transforms brackish, polluted, or unknown-quality water from lakes, rivers, ponds, or canals into safe, potable water suitable for drinking and food preparation.

Autonomous, Easy-to-Use, and Built for Field Deployment

The system is engineered for maximum simplicity and mobility:

• Fully autonomous operation with a petrol generator – no need for a central power supply

• Plug-and-play startup – drop the intake tube into the water, start the generator, and the system runs automatically

• Transportable via standard cargo truck with a 20' container manipulator

• Designed for long-term outdoor use and rugged conditions

High-Capacity and Multi-Stage Filtration

• Water purification capacity: 2,000 liters per hour

• Water storage tank volume: 5,000 liters

• Water supply rate: Up to 3,000 liters per hour

• Service life: 10+ years with proper maintenance

The advanced multi-stage filtration system ensures 98% removal of contaminants:

• 90-micron pre-filtration

• Sand filters for particle removal up to 1 micron

• Activated carbon filtration to remove organic matter, oil residues, and odors

• Reverse osmosis membrane to eliminate dissolved solids, heavy metals, microbiological and chemical pollutants, and radioactive particles

• Optional UV disinfection and antiscalant dosing

Ready to Deploy with Full Equipment

Each MWTP unit is fully assembled, filled, and tested before delivery. The package includes:

• PE or PVC piping systems with flow meters, sample ports, and control valves

• English-language user manual

• Set of spare parts, consumables, and reagents

• 5-liter water bags for distribution to end-users

• Replaceable components, including activated carbon media and UV lamps

Technical Requirements

The system is intended for use by trained technical personnel capable of monitoring system parameters and managing water and fuel supply. Routine maintenance includes periodic refueling, filter media replacement, UV lamp changes, and antiscalant replenishment.
